Disneyland T-Shirt Order Form

PARTICIPATING DANCERS: Please fill out the form below to submit your desired T-Shirt Size for Disneyland 2025.

 

ADDITIONAL SHIRTS OR FAMILY & FRIENDS: If any family members would like to order additional T-Shirts for Disneyland for $30.00 a shirt (plus tax), please include this on the Online Order Form below.​

 

All orders will be charged by means of RCDA's Online Auto-Pay system at the time orders are placed. There will be NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES or CHANGING SIZES once orders have been placed.

Ladies V-Neck Shirt Sizes:

  • AXS, AS, AM, AL, AXL, 2XL

Adult Crew Neck T-Shirt Sizes:

  • AS, AM, AL, AXL, 2XL, 3XL
