COSTUME PAYMENTS & THE RECITAL BUNDLE FEE WILL BE PROCESSED ON: ​

All Costume Payments & Recital Bundle fees for the 31st Annual Recital will be processed February 06, 2026 (LATE ORDER). Costumes ordered WILL ARRIVE IN TIME for the Annual Recital in June 2026, but may not arrive in time for Picture Day (May 16, 2026).

RECITAL BUNDLE FEE: A Recital Bundle fee ($75 per student; $125 per family) will be due at the same time as costume payments for all dancers performing in the 2026 Recital. There will be no refunds or credits issued on the Recital Bundle fee once the fee is paid, including if a student withdraws prior to the Recital. This bundle provides great keepsakes and memories, including:

• 2026 Recital T-Shirt

• 2026 Commemorative Backpack

• Digital Download of ALL 2026 Recital Videos!

COSTUME SIZES: Each student will be getting ONE Costume PER CLASS they are enrolled in. If you would like to review the size that has been automatically selected for your child, please email us at  info@RiverCityDance.net on or before January 31, 2026. After this date all sizes will be locked in and ordered. If you anticipate a growth spurt in your child or have concerns about sizing, please contact us via email to set up an appointment to go over the size costume for your child on or before January 31, 2026.

ORDERS: All Costume Payments & Recital Bundle fees will be paid for by means of our Auto-Pay system. Each student will be measured during their weekly class(es), and sizes will be automatically selected and entered into their student account for each of their classes.

PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing your child's Recital Costume(s) posted, you are agreeing to the size(s) chosen. There will be no refunds, returns, credits or exchanges on any costumes purchased OR on the Recital Bundle fee, including if a student withdraws prior to the Recital.

• PLEASE BE SURE YOUR BILLING INFORMATION IN YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT IS ACCURATE BEFORE JANUARY 31, 2026. AFTER THIS DATE, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE, AND YOUR COSTUME PAYMENTS & RECITAL BUNDLE FEES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED BY MEANS OF OUR AUTO-PAY SYSTEM ON FEBRUARY 06, 2026.

• PARENTS CAN LOG-IN TO THEIR ONLINE ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 06, 2026 TO SUBMIT THEIR COSTUME PAYMENTS & RECITAL BUNDLE FEES. Please note, any remaining balances will be charged on February 06, 2026. ​​​
