2024 - 2025 Season

COSTUME PAYMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED ON:

February 07, 2025 (LATE ORDER)

Recital Costume Orders for our 30th Annual Recital will be ordered February 07, 2025 (LATE ORDER). Costumes ordered WILL ARRIVE IN TIME for the Annual Recital in June 2025, but may not arrive in time Picture Day (May 17, 2025).

COSTUME SIZES: Each student will be getting ONE Costume PER CLASS they are enrolled in. If you would like to review the size that has been automatically selected for your child, please email us at info@RiverCityDance.net on or before January 31, 2025. After this date all sizes will be locked in and ordered. If you anticipate a growth spurt in your child or have concerns about sizing, please contact us via email to set up an appointment to go over the size costume for your child on or before January 31, 2025.

ORDERS: All Recital Costumes will be paid for by means of our Auto-Pay system. Each student will be measured during their weekly class(es), and sizes will be automatically selected and entered into their student account for each of their classes.

PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing your child's Recital Costume(s) posted, you are agreeing to the size(s) chosen. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges on any costumes purchased.

PLEASE BE SURE YOUR BILLING INFORMATION IN YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT IS ACCURATE BEFORE JANUARY 31, 2025. AFTER THIS DATE, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE, AND YOUR COSTUME FEES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED BY MEANS OF OUR AUTO-PAY SYSTEM ON FEBRUARY 07, 2025.

PARENTS CAN LOG-IN TO THEIR ONLINE ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME AND PAY THEIR COSTUME FEES PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 07, 2025. Please note, any remaining balances will be charged on February 07, 2025.

BONUS!: Each student will receive 1 Recital T-Shirt, a Garment Bag, a Commemorative Recital Backpack, and 1 pair of tights as part of their 30th Annual Recital Costume Bundle! These Complimentary Bonus Items will be distributed to each student in the Spring of 2025.

All remaining Costume Payments will be processed on February 07, 2025 automatically by means of our Auto-Pay system. Please send any questions to info@RiverCityDance.net.

Classes will be assigned to a Recital Cast* in April 2025
